Herb & Grain was born in 2025, but our roots run much deeper. Founder Shirah has been serving up from-scratch goodness since 2014, when she launched Dusty Apron Bakery—a beloved baking business known for its handcrafted treats. In 2023, she expanded her creative table by purchasing Whippoorwill Grazing, stepping fully into the world of artful, intentional food styling. As both businesses evolved, so did the vision. By 2024, it became clear that a new name was needed—one that honored the heart of both brands while making space for what’s ahead. Herb & Grain reflects our commitment to quality, creativity, and connection—and sets the table for all the delicious things still to come.

We specializes in artfully styled, from-scratch food for gatherings of all kinds. We offer grazing trays sized for individuals to large groups, and custom tablescapes ranging from single-layer displays to multi-tiered, elevated presentations—each one-of-a-kind and curated with intention.
